Fees and Insurance
I am currently out of network with insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that our sessions will be covered.
I have three tiers of Occupational Therapy rates:
Standard Rate — This is for folks who have the means to pay for out of pocket care in their regular budget.
Initial Eval: $200
Treatment Sessions: $150/session
Sponsor Rate — This is for folks who have the means to support others who do not have the means to pay for this kind of care. It allows me to offer more sliding scale services.
Initial Eval: $250
Treatment Sessions: $200/session
Sliding Scale — I aim to offer as much sliding scale care as I financially can.
Initial Eval: $120-175
Treatment Sessions: $85-125/session
A Typical Session
Our initial evaluation will take about 90 minutes. We will chat about your needs, your routines, and complete a couple standardized assessments depending on what issues you are experiencing. This is the same format for both sensory and ergonomic appointments, the assessments and types of questions I ask will just be a bit different.
Subsequent treatment sessions will last about 55 minutes. We will work on your functional goals and trial various tools and skill building techniques. Everything we do will be collaborative and ultimately driven by you.
